Steve Sarkisian agrees to contract extension w/Texas after declining interviews w/2 NFL teams, sources said. UT Board of Regents chairman Kevin Eltife & AD Chris Del Conte were key figures in getting the deal done, source said. Glad to see that he declined the interviews.

He may go pro someday but it seems for now he isn't actively pursuing anything.

Nahlin said today the early returns on Justus Terry are very, very good and they think he will contribute immediately. That will be welcome for DT depth.
We will know how the coaches feel about the position in the spring transfer portal. Aggressive to add several bodies, we need some dudes. If they don't take any, or just 1 more, they must like the guys we have.

The level of disrespect we are getting from the media....hopefully Sark can use this to fuel the team's motivation in the offseason

Great write up today by CJ Vogel, zeroing in on the 2025 OL compared to last season's OL, last season's Ohio St OL, and last season's Notre Dame OL.

I was surprised.

Last year we had 3 juniors and 2 seniors on the OL. One of the group was inexperienced going in (Cam).

Ohio State had two OL who was inexperienced going in while Notre Dame had 2 redshirt sophomores, 1 redshirt freshman, and then two seniors.

Here's our projected OL for next season. This part is a quoted part of Vogel's article.

*Grade in which the OL will be for 2025*

 • LT Trevor Goosby – Redshirt Sophomore
 • LG Neto Umeozulu – Junior
 • C Cole Hutson – Senior
 • RG DJ Campbell – Senior
 • RT Brandon Baker – Redshirt Freshman
***

We will see how the offensive line develops. Of course, this is a way-too-early projection of the offensive line and there could certainly be a change in the starting five if a Daniel Cruz or Connor Robertson takes over the center spot or if Nate Kibble unseats one of the two guards.

Texas has a solid start to the building of the offensive line.

Malik Agbo is a back up guard. Agbo saw 11 snaps last year at OT and 11 snaps at OG. Connor Stroh is also a back up guard. Andre Cojo is the backup OT on both sides.

He went on to saya he thinks Hutson will be better in the run blocking than Majors was. He comes from a triple option background.

The strip sack at the end of the game really pissed me off. Quinn's inability to hold on to the ball is going to cost him a lot of money. ESPN has his overall rank at 91 I think. Kiper has dropped him several places in his position rankings. I appreciate what Quinn did here, but I am definitely ready for the Manning era.

One thing I wouldn't forget is Agbo wearing an eligible jersey.
