*****Texas vs. Kansas*****

All the Longhorn football players HAD TO KNOW Charlie would lose his job if they lost today...and they play

like that! Some say they will leave or transfer if Charlie is let go? Well, adios MFers I say. Don't let the door

hit you in the ass on your way out.

I almost hope they cancel the presser after the game

Why fire him tonight? We have one game left. Might as well give him one last hoorah. Better than trotting out an interim coach for one week that likely wouldn't be retained either.

I agree with letting Charlie go. But people need to chill with thinking that's going to happen tonight.

I truly hope that CS lands somewhere and find great success next year. I'll always pull for the man. It's just not working.

As always... said well.

I don't know.

Held on to Mack too long. Charlie made bad hires, and was too slow to make changes. People say it's bad luck, but no one has luck this bad. There is no decision to make at this point, in my opinion. If Strong is retained, then the decision makers should be fired.

The big problem, as I see it, is that there has been a long period of zero accountability in our athletic department.

When I look at current leadership, I am still not sure I see people willing to do everything that needs to be done.

I'm not cursing, but understand why you would.  The waste of talent is terrible.  Foreman had 46 carries?  No one should be asked to do that because other parts of the team are underdeveloped.  He could have been injured and put his future professional career at risk.

I kept wondering when they were going to sit him for his welfare, and they never did.  He wasn't uninterested at the end of the game, he was exhausted.  The coaches should be horsewhipped.

I agree completely. My wanting him gone 10 mins ago is just a want and emotional. I want him to finish and be gone after next week. There is no more debating. Giving KU their first fbs win in like 23 is a deal breaker.

I hope good things for him. He's a great man. He's a terrible head coach.

Sadly true

Charlie will find a coaching job somewhere. You can bet your sweet ass it won't pay $5 million a year.

I know yall can call me and I may be crazy, but I would call Saban first and Urban second. I would see if either wanted to try to win one at a third different school and go down as one of if not the greatest coaches even.

I will tell you why tonight.....

Because if by some miracle we beat TCU some idiot will say ....

"see we are improving". ... guarantee you it will happen

Sorry but the last 3 years have been miserable, ffs no more

Blake,

Agree with your points. Besides, who on this staff do you trust to handle the duties. I'm numb right now.
