Defense won the day. Offense had some OL struggles being without Jake Majors (ankle sprain) today. Also had some drops from the WRs.

Wonder who the drops were. Given the battle at WR seems like drops may be the deciding factor. Another reason I'm shocked that Cook seems to have fallen out of the starting lineup, given that Bond had drops in the Spring game and the first scrimmage.

Ant Hill was only a fullback type in goal line situations his senior year. And he was hurt a lot at the end of the year.
Once he went down they were not the same team. Got bounced pretty quick in playoffs.
I wondered if that RB workload increased his odds for injury.

I saw almost every home game Ant played in high school.
When he was RB, he was used almost exclusively in “Bull” formation. Goaline and short yardage.
The 71 yarder your stat sheet shows was an outlier.
I seriously doubt Sark will use him as RB.

I boarded cruise ship for Alaska yesterday. I was wearing my Longhorn cap. While in line a s guy, in a friendly nature, walked up and said, "You guys better watch out for those bulldogs." I replied: "You need to tell UGA to watch out for Bevo." We both laughed.

Just spitballing here but we need a RB and Sark mentioned it would have to be a grad transfer at this juncture so what about Derrian Brown. He’s available and that would be the feel good story of the year!

So why shouldn't he be run between the tackles? Most posters think he is only an outside the tackle scat back. Charles ran plenty of successful plays on dives and draws. Rhetorical towards you, but a legitimate question to those posters.
