Well we currently have 21 spots open with the 19 seniors and 2 open scholarship spots (could add a late grad transfer, but I don't think that will happen). I assume we will go for 25 guys this year which is easily attainable. So that leaves 12 more spots to fill.

1 RB

2 WR

2-3 OL

2-3 DL

2 LB

1-2 DB

Edit- we have 20 spots open (18 seniors)

Seniors- Watson, Burt, Heard, Beck, Anderson, Vahe, Rodriguez, Hager, Omenihu, Nelson, Chisolm, Johnson, Wheeler, Boyd, Davis, Locke, Bonney, Rowland

I think for next year early #'s show only 15 will graduate.  Of course we know that'll change, but that'd be a lot of attrition to take a full class for 2020.  The roster still has some dead weight so it'll be interesting to see how things shake out.  For example, I think any kind of productive year from Dev. Duvernay and he leaves early and lil' bro transfers.  He's already been passed by Cook and a matter of time before J. Green does.

Interested to see what Herman and Co do. Take a full class this year or save spots for next year.

I don’t think I ever remember a coach purposely holding back scholarships in order to save them for the next year.  Not that it never happened I just think that would be very rare.

I agree, I think Herman wants to take full classes every year.

I like Higs, but he better not wait to long.  Teams seem to be filling out their classes a lot sooner this year and Higgins isn't quite at the level where teams (Alabama, Ohio Stae, and others) hold a schollie for him. That's just my opinion, but he isn't at the G. Wilson level.

Could be. Whittington isn't far off rating wise. He IS cuero. Maybe if his school was 5-6a he would have it
At one point, he was a 5-star. His stock dropped a tad since the end of the season and I can't for the life of me tell you why.

His stock dropped because he got injured and did not really participate in many camps. For whatever reasons, the ranking gurus take camp performances into account

Recently visited Texas and named them in his Top 5. He’s from Tennessee so it’s not too big of a surprise.
