The End is Nigh

Sho,

I really doubt people despise or hate Charlie.  I just dont see how that is possible, hes a good man.

I do believe some, such as myself, are embarrassed of the current state of the program.
Just because we want Strong replaced doesn't mean most of us "hate" him.

But, I'm really not that emotional about UT's football coaches because I haven't known any of them personally. Didn't shed a tear when Mack was let go, either. It's not personal, just business.

No update this morning yet. We know that the players have been told but the University is dragging it out for some reason. We will see what happens at the presser

Charlie Strong said on his conference call with media that he will address conversations with the AD in an opening statement during his 11am presser.

Strong is addressing his future at 11am in his press conference.  I expect him to be straight forward, but I may be wrong.

Regarding comments from the players, I don't find all of that really surprising. Not sure that most of us wouldn't be doing the same if we were in their shoes.

That being said, this is also a very real opportunity for the real leaders of this team to step up.

We may need to construct a "safe space" for our football players.

I wonder if aggy's OOC schedule would count?

Hopefully Charlie squashes this immediately. This would be unbelievably embarrassing. Also, think about how awkward this whole situation is going to be for the next coach.

We have become Mizzou....

Let them boycott and pull schollies then
