Great class. Everything we could want minus 2 things. 

1. True slot WR - Waddle, Moore, Watkins. All flirted with but none at the alter. Will need 4 in 2019, including 2 that can come in and play slot. 

2. ILB - Dele was a good one but he isn't a guy you can ask to cover most big12 RBs. Missing on White was HUGE, as I loved his tape and thought he would come in and start in 2019. Bonnitto was a miss also. I think we have to go Juco here in 2019. Need 3 ILBs (MLB/Rover) in 2019. Yes, maybe Overshown can play there but I would like to keep him in secondary if possible. Parker was a miss also, more thaletic than Dele and was more of a MLB that could, depending on the situation, play some rover.

I'm confused on #1. Which Moore are you referring to?

Man I hope RHM reconsiders. Unless Duverney learns some shake and bake, or Heard breaks out, we will only be missing a playmaker in the slot. LJH I guess counts but hard to think of a 6'5" guy as a slot man.

RHM hurts but I take it most of this is caused by his own mishaps

DevDuv doesnt bother me.  He always looked like the zombie out there, like he didnt want to be here anymore.  No zigzag like RHM just straight line speed.

LJH at slot just seems out of position.

Heard is the option.

@Daniel Seahorn Do you see Joshua Moore at slot?  What about Pouncey did he RS and is he a slot guy?

So, UT lost 4 WRs (3 grads and 1 transfer), might lose another (Duv), and signed 3 WRs. That's a net loss of 1, possibly 2.  Hope Pouncey and Curtis are ready to contribute.  Johnson, Burt, Heard, LJH, Curtis, Pouncey, Eagles, Moore, and Woodard are what I count on the roster (9 total, 10 if Duverney stays).  Still a decent group, but not a plus like heading into last year.  Hopefully, Curtis and Duverney stay and compete for spots.

Although it was a plus last year the group of WR was very under achieving. Huge disappointment. Regardless of the O-line those guys just couldn’t get open. I think the horns will be just fine
