I started this thread in the spirit of "Field of Dreams" and "If you build it they will come" or if McPhaul just got bored and wanted a place to spew some "in-for-may-she-on"....

Just to try to get things started I'll offer these few tidbits that I got from my sources.

Kent Perkins suffered some kind of injury in practice this week. He may or may not have been carted off the field and he may or may not play against Okie State.

My sources are also saying that we are really thin on the OL.

They are also saying that the coaching staff wants to redshirt Jerrod Heard if at all possible.

Also, apparently Joe Wickline is involved in some sort of lawsuit with his former employer.

And, finally, my sources are telling me that it is going to be really cold for tomorrow nights game.

If I hear anything else of note, I'll will let everyone know.

That's common knowledge. My sources only tell me stuff that only a only a few people know about.

Ok, seriously, it's a column created by Darrell McPhaul which contained abundant inside information on the Longhorn football program. It was quite popular but was discontinued by HS a few months back. Darrell continues to post here and drops info on us from time to time.
