What I love about this map is that Texas is where it should be and aggie is up in Texarkana. I'm so hoping this is the version of the map that sticks.

IT has mentioned that as a possibility, with the current SEC Network covering the other division.Lol, supposedly the Longhorn Network will become the SEC West Network and be headquartered in Austin.

Likely 2022 and 2023 backup planAre we really going to have to wait until 2025
How so?Texas will find the road to Omaha steeper to climb. Great for college baseball overall.
I don’t think so. I think it will be 2022.Are we really going to have to wait until 2025

Good points B12 did pootly vs SEC this year. Which conference had final teams. How so?
Winning conference championships maybe (though the big 12 is pretty dang good at baseball too) but with a 64 team tournament your conference is in no way a barrier to Omaha. If anything, it may help Texas secure even better seeding.

Not sure exactly how it plays out but you have to figure that ESPN was very involved in the decision process and planning. My guess is they built some kind of flowchart of how things could play out and for each scenario layed out how they would help minimalize the financial impact of the transition to TX and OU.It will be funny if LHN pays for our move to the SEC. Even better if the SEC Network keeps the Austin studio open to focus on the 8 SEC West teams.
