An Aggie lege. is introducing legislation to require lege approval to change conferences.  He is joined by a graduate of Tech and Baylor. 

Wonder where the fellow was when the Aggys were changing conferences?  Yell practice?

They are trying to say it is the business of the people of Texas. Really?  Doesn’t the lege only find about 10% of The University budget and exactly 0 of the athletic budget?

They have reduced their funding over the years until it is practically nothing. 

Besides, isn’t the special session over?

Special session is called by governor with a specific agenda. The governor is the only person who can add anything to the agenda. Those lawmakers can file the bill but the earliest it will be considered without Abbott adding it to the special session agenda is 2023.
