Team is currently 33 in NET rankings. Wins against Ok St, OU probably don't change this very much. A loss to Baylor also doesn't change this very much.

Beating Baylor would definitely bump us up, losing to Ok St would drop us (we may drop a little after the game even if we win).

RPI has us a 49 right now and predicts we finish 56 in RPI after beating the Okla schools and losing to Baylor. RPI is quite different than NET for a lot of teams.

By NET rankings, their are 10 big 12 teams in the tournament - Cincinnati being the final team. I don't actually think they'd make it in right now, maybe with a strong finish. 9 Big 12 teams likely to be in the bracket.

I have to admit, I had this one penciled in as a loss. I will watch it tonight.

Yea, that was disgraceful what the Tech fans did last night. No need for us to go there again so we shouldn't.

BTW, did you see how empty that arena was late in the game! :ROFLMAO:

Unfortunately, I diid not get to watch the game. But I'd be interested in learning what Tech fans diid. You can PM me if you don't want to go through it again here.

They threw water bottles, beers and what appeared to be even a small liquor bottle on the floor and towards the Texas bench. Cops and/or security officers had to carry one Tech fan out!

It wasn’t available on my cable system but the ladies lost to ou in norman 71-70. Per a Longhorn Facebook group, I understand ou received some very questionable calls near the end.

I saw the "travel call" on the Austin news last night that gave the ball to ou with 15 seconds to go in the game. It wasn't a close up shot but from what I saw, it didn't appear to be traveling to me or Coach Vik. Like Eastex stated though, cold shooting and lack of rebounding didn't help the ladies.

Cunningham would be a great TE. He needs to go for his PhD or another Masters and join the football program.
Do you remember his dad? A very good OT.... played during the Eric Metcalf / Britt Hager years. Some very poor teams with a few really good players sprinkled in: Metcalf, Hager, Stanley Richards.....

I finally got back and caught the last 12 minutes of the game and I wondered where was Mitchell? Did he get injured because I did not see him in the last 12 minutes?

Good question, I was watching the game and didn't even notice. I will say Cunningham and Weaver were tearing it up so maybe Terry just kept what was working on the court?

He only played 12 minutes. I noticed his lack of playing time in the 2nd half, but I haven’t read why that was. I hope he has a good game tomorrow night.

I good general rule is, if you go 8 minutes without a field goal, late in the second half… you’ll probably lose.

Yeah, this one just kinda slipped away. Disu going down was bad and then Baylor went to a 1-3-1 and we couldn't figure it out. Bad defensive rotations, too.

They said they think Disu just has a sprain. Hope that's right.
