Okay... 10 starts in 3 seasons. 3 star HS recruit out of Katy, TX. 43 tackles, 5.0 tackles for loss and 1 sack in 2025.

Do you think so? Just asking. Indiana, in years past, was able to do that because they didn't have kids that could jump into NFL. Clemson tried that route and it failed. Most kids want to jump to NFL - after they have drained their ceiling on NIL.

Visiting today and Sunday:

NC State transfer RB Hollywood Smothers committed to Alabama almost a week ago now. But he never signed his NIL deal with the Crimson Tide.

Smothers is now expected to be on the Texas campus Saturday and Sunday, according to On Texas Football.

Smothers rushed for 939 yards and six TDs in 2025 and also made 37 receptions for another score. He's 5-11, 195 pounds and has breakaway speed. He had five runs of more than 50 yards this past season.

Sikorsky seems real underwhelming. Didn’t look very special at a bad G5 program. Only played half the time. I hope they aren’t expecting him to walk in and start. I guess he can’t be worse than Steph was… They need at least one more guard.

Cryer can be a good rotational backer but nowhere near the level we had this year. We still need the Cal or Pitt LB imo. They are both better.
