IT saying five-star S Xavier Filsaime of McKinney High will be in attendance this weekend.

He's a Florida native and committed to Florida long ago, but they didn't elaborate if he and Texas are in the preliminary stages and just talking or if there's substance to it.

Texas offered this morning, per IT.

Good showing for recruits. Prob electric game to go to. Started slow again but they got to see what Sarks Offense can do and hard hitting game

Somewhat Texas related since this Alaska town is the home of former UT basketball player, Kamaka Hepa, but I've always loved this story because of their football team.

Barrow, Alaska is north of the Arctic Circle and you can't drive there, so the team has to fly Alaska Airlines for away games and polar bears can be spotted at home games.

They're headed to the Alaska state championship.

The YouTube link won't embed, but click the link it'll take you to a few videos.

There hadn't been interest on either side (and he's not from Texas), but there might be now.

My guess is Texas doesn't offer if he's not reciprocating.
Well he is in high school in Texas might not be born here. A phone call to offer cost very little one never knows if you do not try. Should offer every 5*. if in a position of need and safty is one.

More like "they need me" lol
This defense is good, but not elite. I'm not saying that because of OU. They're missing a true pass rush DE, a true lock down CB and a ballhawking S. The LBs are okay and Hill will be that guy there. Also believe Lefau will excellent at the other LB spot.

TexAgs saying CB Kobe Black didn't make it to College Station this weekend, but instead went to the Cotton Bowl.

IT was able to confirm through Black's father that Kobe and a few family members were in Dallas and they loved the experience despite the loss.

A source added that he's not expected to visit A&M later on.

I just interviewed his coach Marcus Shavers for a story I'm writing. Good dude. Glad to see they cleared up that social media issue with him. McKinney looks pretty good this season.
They are very good this season. They knocked off Allen early in the season and have been cruising since.

At one time, McKinney was everybody's homecoming game. Not anymore.
