I admit he can be a little like Eeyore and his typing could use help but I think we all knew he was saying "for asking" and ran the words together.

First glad Tom isgone. IMO he wasnot suitedto be a Texas coach. Didplay in 4 bowls abd won4. How that stacks up vs Piercsdo not know or care?

So, you are bemoaning the fact that Pierce is getting more slack than Tom, yet you also don't think Tom was suited be a Texas coach. I'm not sure I understand.

Tom was a bowl game hero but many of those games he won didn't mean much. Maybe equivalent to baseball winning a couple of regional games. The Georgia win was his high water mark - still about equivalent to a CWS berth.

I am certainly not happy with the baseball teams record or performance right now, I have never claimed to be. But my opinion of a coach doesn't swing like a pendulum based on the most recent results. If you were in charge, I guess Augie would have been fired before ever winning a national championship at Texas.

Belive you said I was negative about things in Longhorn sports. That does cover a lot of ground and hart prove it is an accurate statement.

I think some where in 2008 or 09 I said Brown was doing a good job of letting Vince beVince.

Vince's last game was in January 2006. I do remember where I was that night. Vince's coach in 2008 and 2009 wasn't letting Vince be Vince.

If it took you 2-3 years to come around to Mack Brown after winning the championship, I think you have proved me right.

That was a bomb that Flores hit to tie it up in the 9th. Dee Kennedy is a good fielder, hopefully his hitting will pickup as he has more time vs college pitchers.
