That hurts too bad I was right in my prediction. Next big star for OU ifhe lives up to his potential.

Guess we'll have to be happy with Blue and a nice 2nd back. I'm more concerned wit the lack of OL.

The OL has been a concern of mine for many years, Brown has the speed to offset the lack of blocking. However he gone else where so move on to next recruit

.Hoplng for 5 top ten OL.

As I understand new rules Seniors like Young Brewer etc. does not count toward 85 limit.

What is the status of juniors ( normally would be seniors) like Foster Estelle etc towards the 85 limit? This could greatly effect next seasons recruiting numbers.

Read some of rules but not clear on this. Anyone know?

And on QB Quinn Ewers...IT saying he is still "unquestionably" the priority for Sark despite his commitment to Ohio State.

They're hearing Texas currently thinks there's a decent chance for the flip as they stay in contact with each other, plus the new staff is now showing serious interest in Ewers' close friend and Southlake Carroll WR Landon Samson.

They also mentioned if you follow Ewers' social media you'll notice a strong Ohio State presence, but that's not necessarily something to take at face value.

Staff is going after the best looks like.Question is continue to go after Ewers or get another QB to commit.

I think you have to play the long game with Ewers because of the circumstances. Plus, I think you have to make a believer out of him. You can do that to some extent in the Spring Game, if Ewers watches. Otherwise, its next season before you can really do that.

So I think if there's a flip, it won't happen until next Fall.

I think you simply have to recruit other QBs. If one commits, you have a bird in the hand.

IT Mods think we'll have our QB commit clarified by April.  Not saying it will be Ewers, but I found their timeline interesting.
