Spoke to my buddy earlier today. I asked how the visits went this weekend. He said it could not have gone better.

So I say "okay, did we get any commits or silents?" No, but there are several that are teetering on pulling the trigger. I asked about Connor Robertson, the center prospect I've heard is on commit watch. Yeah, I'm surprised that didn't go down already.

One of my favorites this year is the speedy Bryce Anderson from the Triangle. He's been to aggy twice and will see them a third time before he sees UT on a shortened weekend. He tells me not to worry. Thats all he would say.

I asked about RB and if we had one silently committed from the previous weekend. "I don't know that we have a silent. We had a guy who really wants to come here, but he didn't tell us he was coming. But you know when a kid has just fallen in love."

So why not have the EP kid come in? "Wasn't good enough."

So that resolves the idea that he was declined because we had another RB committed from that weekend.

I asked who he thought our best recruiter was. Without hesitation, he said Sark. He said there are ace recruiters on this staff, better than we've had before. He said "but when Sark enters the room, it's like Elvis just walked in." He said most would think he would be hard to talk to with that kind of star power with his presence, but his friendly personality seems to be the thing that turns the parents on. He's very personable and honest. Answers all questions. And also asks questions. Is genuinely interested in who he's talking with.

Thats all.
