I have been following recruiting for so long that I waiting for the Local, State, and National top 100 came out once per week in the Dallas Morning news. Man I couldn't wait to get it and see if Texas got anybody. This was way before the internet. I used to have dark hair, but it has turned gray worry about where these 18 year old kids are going to play their college football. I want to live long enough to see Texas football doing teams like Alabama does teams. With all the resources, I believe that can happen. Maybe it is a pipe dream, but I believe it can happen. Like DeLoss said....."We are the Jones". I want us to get to where we dominate teams. The recruiting nation wide is going to help. We got to believe boys and girls.

Hookfin isn't ready to play right away. Only way a Lineman should play early is if he is an early enrollee, which he isn't.

Wow. So we didn't offer Tommy Kennedy, didn't offer Dawand Jones, didn't offer Jay Williams, let Myron Cunningham slip away, couldn't flip Andrew Coker, we still have to sweat out the Javonne Shepherd recruitment for another month and a half, and now we're probably losing Isaiah Hookfin to....Baylor?

All I have to say is that I really hope the 2018 OL class turns out.
