Why is it other teams get commits right after an official visit, but it doesn't happen for UT (usually doesnt).  Do the other teams press them to commit and UTs staff doesn't?

So guess record does matter, guess kids don’t care about the defensive effort like some were saying. When the big picture is 4-4.  Unless we win out it’s only gonna get worse on the recruiting trail.

Lot easier for that to happen when you 7-1 and top 10 in the country. Year end and year out. Recruits don’t have to be “proven”. They can just buy right in

I mean, when Okie Lite whips HoeU this weekend, and we slap the taste out the horny toads mouth, then what's the narrative? And no one wants it with ISU right now. This end of this season will be very interesting for the Big 12.  I see a 4-way tie for the top spot with the 2 teams vying for the conference championship being determined with tie breakers.  I'm praying for a rematch with HoeU. We HAVE to win out and hope ISU spoils everyone's party and comes back to earth.  Finger's crossed...

I agree...but a lot can happen in 5 weeks.  Texas definitely needs help.  At least I think it's still mathematically possible. All we can do is win out and hope for the best.  Definitely a long shot tho

I still think we’ll be ok. We just have to continue to win. Finish 8-4, win the bowl game and finish 9-4. A part of me wants to play Aggie in the bowl game.

Seen some thought on another board mentioning possibly going after Terry Price as DL coach when Rumlin and company get canned, what do ya'll think?  Guy is a solid recruiter even if he is goofy looking.

It’s possible but this is the only way, okie beat Sooners.....And okie beat ISU... and TCU beats sooners.  And ya win out. Realistically that’s possible. Because all the teams I just said are fairly even in my opinion. Think the biggest will

be OKIESTATE beating ISU... I don’t know if that’ll happen in Ames. 

Plus us win out. We ry past TCU and Iowa st due to head to head. Think all that makes since

Idk...Oscar Giles seems to be doing a pretty solid job...
