From what I understand, Royal remains "firm" in his commitment. However, he will make an announcement sometime in July on what he wants to do. I know, I know, how committed is that? He said it could play out until NSD.

Florida and LSU are battling to steal him from Texas.

He said he knew Texas would try to lock down his commitment. And said Texas was doing the same with CB Greedy James, who also visited this weekend.

So apparently James is in some type of limbo as well.
