It's crap like this that makes me want hurl something at this guy when I see him. Let things progress and play out. Don't cause controversy where there isn't one at the moment. If Manning ends up being the best QB in 2023 then so be it. Stop putting undo pressure on both kids and let them compete.

Unfortunately, this is what that site does more often than not. They discuss what ifs a lot. Scenarios that are unlikely to happen, but they have nothing insightful that would best 24/7 or IT/On 3. I gave their podcast a chance and just couldn't listen to it. They lose credibility by the day.

I wonder how many know about James H. Means, JR? I sure did't.
Means competed on the 63-64 Texas track and field squad as a walk-on becoming the first African-American student-athlete to participate in athletics at the University of Texas. Means took the 1965 season off before returning as UT's first African American student-athlete to earn a scholarship in the 1965-66 academic year. He would go on to earn a varsity letter in the spring of 1966, becoming Texas' first African American letterwinner.
His bio is a very interesting read as it also delves quite a bit into a lot of his family's accomplishments over the years. Well worth the read.
Here's the thing, in the last decade, Texas has not been viewed as the top team in the Big12 in the pre-season. This was the first year since I think 2009 that Texas led the Big 12 preseason poll.
It is a bit of a twisted narrative by the national media.
On the other hand, Texas has only matched or beat their pre-season ranking twice in the last decade. So, they have been ranked higher than their eventual finish quite a bit but to say they have been the big 12 favorite over and over again is not true actually.

A bit of a random question, but was hoping someone could point me in the right direction since I've been having trouble locating.
I'm looking to add some more Texas signage to the wall in my office, and want to get a wall sign of the Longhorn battle cry: "The Pride And Winning Tradition Of The University Of Texas Will Not Be Entrusted To The Weak Or The Timid."
Anyone know where I might be able to find some for sale to add to my collection?

Haha I like it. Austin is a bit of a hike for me tho (1,100+ miles)
Didn't know if something like this might be sold in the "home and office" category on any of the team shop store sites.
