We already won men’s basketball. Next is football.I'm willing to bet you're at least 1/2 right.

On top of the OL blocking better better I bet the defense will continue to blitz if they know where QE3 is throwing. Last year, they took that bet.Two things he forgot to mention, JT Sanders and an experienced, stronger and improved OL.
If you're the defense and Texas has Worthy and Mitchell (or a healthy Neyor) wide, JWhit in the slot, Sanders up the seam and anyone one of the RBs in the flat, what do you do? Double Worthy? Then I'll take the one on one mismatches with JWhit and Sanders on a S and LB all day long.
All this being said, it comes down to, once again, the OL and how much time QE has. Tell you one thing though, any defense is going to be hesitant on blitzing and leaving any of those weapons open.
If that defense can get off the field on 3rd downs (4th downs for TT) and hold teams to an avg of 20pts or less......then the B12 Championship is well within their grasp.
Edit: I'm taking the bolded statement off the table. I'm not putting Neyor in that category yet. I have yet to see him do anything of note to be on that list. Worthy, JWhit and AD have proven it against top competition. Neyor had a really good season at Wyoming against lower level talent across the board.
I don't think we see 4 of 5 WRs on the field much at all. I do think we will go 4 wide with 3 WRs and a TE split out, or even empty with 3 WRs, 1 TE and 1 RB out. That seems more Sarks style and can be really hard to defend with proper personnel, especially if we shift the RB out of the backfield and the TE starts connected to the formation. You potentially create mismatches with a TE having to go out to cover JT, or a LB on keilan robinson or savion red for example.Agree. It is nice to have the option to go 4, 5 wide and run tempo from time to time. With that talent on the field, it should be an effective option.
I honestly don't pay too much attention to this metric, but ESPN's FPI once again likes Texas a lot.

The advanced stats measures loved us last year. It really highlights how inexplicable some of our losses were last year. If we can create just a few more positive plays per game, the win total could increase drastically.I honestly don't pay too much attention to this metric, but ESPN's FPI once again likes Texas a lot.

Haha, better to ask for forgiveness than wait for permission.Let me take a wild guess and say that bill was introduced in by a former Aggie.
It almost feels like something is coming and all Aggies have been called to get ahead of it.
We've been here before. Hope he nails his prediction. Let's see how it looks at the end the season.
They still think OL is a weakness?Ineresting free article on IT on strenth ans weakest positions on team.
Weakest #1 Edge, 2Safety 3 TE 4 OL 5 LB
Strongest #1 CB 2 DL 3 WR 4 QB 5 RB
Was realy high on CB thought 4 would play at next level.
Very good read. Just did not say much a lot of us already knew.https://theathletic.com/4429998/2023/04/20/texas-arch-manning-quinn-ewers/?amp=1
Interesting read on why we've been so bad since 2009. Not groundbreaking news, but interesting when you see the numbers behind the lack of development.
Yea, the OL as one of the weaknesses and the DL as the 2nd strongest position on the team were both curious to me.They still think OL is a weakness?
