Yea we had a senior QB who actually play QB and he played with heart.  He was a leader of the offense. We had J Ossai who was pretty damn good and a leader on defense.  Now we have what?  Worthy a freshman WR and Bijan.  Are you seriously expecting the same.  Both of our QBs are not good.  
 

When you say he inherited an 8-4 team that’s hilarious. 

Our OL is trash and we might as well put Roschon at QB because neither Card nor Casey are worth a shit.   Our DL isn’t good.  Our LBs can’t fill gaps even against the worst rushing team in the big 12.  Don’t even get me started on the secondary.  Most of these players should be fired and scholarships pulled.  They are not even worthy

There is something really wrong with the defense that IMO goes beyond the lack of talent.  Look at where we are ranked defensively in the country and that tells you all you need to know.

It’s a defensive coordinator that can’t adjust to the players he has.  I’ve said before, Texas doesn’t have the talent necessary to run a 3 man front.  They have trouble with a 4 man front.  If K had the personnel to run his defense, we likely wouldn’t be ticked.  His resume is good, but he has lengthy time at a place and had recruited his style of players.  He obviously can’t adjust.

same thing on the offensive side of the ball.  Sark has called some good halves of football.  But his philosophy is to build a lead and then lean on the defense and run game.  He has neither the defense nor the OL for that type of run game.  It’s why they gave up 4th qtr leads.  He should’ve adjusted his style of play calling, but he didn’t.  He could easily be sitting 8-4 instead of 4-8 with adjustments and the players he has, but stubbornness on both sides of the ball have cost them.

For example, once the season ends you'll hear about transfers, some will diss Sark or someone else on staff on their way out. It will be scary, but it is necessary.

Texas is not every team. Our senior and junior classes took losses that no other school did. So yea, Texas is a big exception.

Agree, the OL cost us dearly.

But to put a number on it and think it proves one thing or another is just nonsense. What if the number were 6? Or 5? Where's your line?

There shouldn't be because the number doesn't tell the story.

We don't have a good team. We're not talented. And we have some prima donnas who don't play hard. Outside of putting on a uniform and taking the ball himself, I'm not sure why a number points to a coaching situation.

I wouldn't hold your breath on Sark proving anything to you. He has enough skins on the wall to not have to. A second-half coaching problem when thats never happened before? Thats not coaching, thats a player problem.

Sark's not perfect by any stretch, but we don't have a bench with players who are better than who is starting. We're more or less stuck with this situation until the next game is over.

Yea I get it.  Drd522 knows football.  Thats right Flood is trash hes only coached for the Atlanta Falcons and won a NC with Alabama.  Bo Davis?  Yea he is garbage.  Hes only been in the pros and won NC as well.  Its has to be them as the reason we suck.  And before that it was Strong, Bedford, Watson, Herman, Warehime, Orlando, etc etc.  Most of these guys won elsewhere but they all forgot how to coach as soon as they got here.  Its comical how some hornsports poster knows what the F@#K is up.  This team has been underachieving, overrated, and underdeveloped for a 11 years and your brilliant f##king analysis is these coaches suck.  The same f##king coaches that have put countless players into the NFL and coached them in the NFL as well win NC.  But NO NO you f##king got the answer.  ITS THEIR FAULT.  Its not the players.  Absolutely brilliant.  This same 3 year cycle stupid bullshit is the reason we are in purgatory for the last 11 years. 

Every time Casey throws a shit ball behind a receiver or at his feet, its Sarks fault.  When Jones cant even get in the way of the defensive end, its Floods fault.  When Coburn plays handsies with the RG the entire game its Bo's fault.  This team packed in the season after osu.  Two heart breaking losses to ou and osu changed the entire season.  Now they have given up and just dont give a shit anymore.  Thats why I blame the players.  When I see Worthy and Roschon play, they play at a different level with passion.  I dont see that in the rest of the team.  If I did then I would put more on the coaches.  This team has the Tyler Johnson syndrome.  Most of them dont give a shit.

As for the other guy.  Every team loses players every year.  Well no shit but you are trying to tell me losing a senior QB that is in the NFL shouldnt make a difference because Casey and Card who had basically ZERO f##king experience should be able to step in and its a done deal.  I guess Aranda who inherited a LOADED 11-3 team from Rhule and went 2-7 is inexcusable as well.  I would love to hear your reason for the 11-3 to 2-7.  Coaching changes impact the team.  This is not the 8-4 team from last year with Ehlinger

I have seen worse Horns team 65+ years ago( listened on radio ). 

This may be the greates coaching staff since DKR left but so far not showed much to me. I honestly belive if Tom and staff had been retained teams record would have been better. How ever I am GLAD he is GONE.

Another loss and season will be over except for recruiting. Maybe we will bet some 5 stars to cheer us up.

The bad play you cite might have something to do with coaching. Otherwise why pay millions for a coaching staff if they’re so inconsequential?  I get what you’re saying.... but I think we have a little better talent than 4-8.

I just didn’t like Herman as the Texas coach.  Maybe 4-8 was overstating the point.
