Quick thoughts immediately following the final out:

• Some solid ABs and hard hit balls, but many were "At-'em" balls
  
• Some very poor approaches at the plate with RISP and opportunities.
  
• 2 fielding errors due to lazy play.  Cannot do that at this point in the season and expect to win. 
  
• Too many KLs.  I don't care what the strike zone is, late in the game you have to adjust.
  
• Opportunity tomorrow in a must-win situation. 
  
• Texas players have to stay within themselves and not press, whether in the field or at the plate. 
  

Come back and get the W tomorrow and take your chances on Monday.

No doubt, they're very good and they outplayed us tonight. However if the right Texas team shows up, they'll win.

I thought Kingham had good stuff today.  The third inning was more about location as he was getting ahead 0-2 to most hitters, just caught too much of the plate with pitches after that.  Tenn Tech is a good team, but not impossible to get this to a deciding game 3 if Horns take care of business today.
