2019 Recruiting Board/Thread

ok, between Bevo's and Carrington's tweets and SHA putting out his teaser, I'm now officially hooked on 2019 recruiting.  I honestly thought I could go until April this year.  I thought wrong.

Lol recruiting is non stop. I know Daniel is around here somewhere lol not taking a day off. Lol Like he said he would

Carrington just added another tweet showing the Lion King.  Couple that with his previous tweet about Lions and lambs and we might have something. Which big-time recruits HS team is the Lions?

Now I need immediate help.  There is a commercial up here in STL saying if you have gambling problem you can call 1-800-betsoff.  Is there something like that for recruiting?

Tra Fluellen, WR/DB - Gilmer: Will be at UT Jr Day. I played against his Dad, who was a very good DB/LB back in the day. Dude brought the wood.

Tra is 6'3 (like his dad was) and hits like a train. He plays both ways (WR and S) but I think his future is at safety. He's under the radar now, but will blow up this spring.

Call me strange, weird, whatever you to but the current Kate does nothing for me.

Your man card . . .

Speaking of Tra Sha, I'll be heading to Gilmer in a  couple of weeks to hook up with the Fluellens.. Speak with then for awhile. They are my cousins
The one that graduated in 81 or 82, his name is Marquis or Marquif or similar, I forget.

We played Gilmer almost every year. They dropped down to 3A so it became our scimmage every year until Daingerfield dropped down, too a few years later.

I played a ton of baseball during my years there. And when it came to summer league baseball, they would always combine the towns of Daingerfield, Gilmer and Pittsburg into one team. And we usually went to and won state. Fluellen played some baseball, if I remember correctly. He wasn't much of a fielder but he had a good stick.
