SignUp Now!Yes it was. Another call that goes the way of NDThat wasn't pass interference? Missed the replay.
To be honest, I kind of blame us fans for that to a degree. The kid wants to succeed so bad and prove himself to the fans and his teammates so bad that he's taking a beating. I'm sure it was a really rough year listening to all of the detractors last season. It's admirable watching him charge at these linebackers. But in reality, it's going to end up in him getting hurt and watching Heard take his job anyways. I agree about Malik and Daje. And yeah, sadly Swoopes doesn't seem to have the confidence to trust his arm in those situations. If he sees five yards open, he's not going to take the risk of throwing it.Swoopes is going to get seriously hurt. He's too big and too slow to run straight up like that. He's already had his clocked cleaned once.
Malik Jefferson will be All Conference, Frosh of the Year, and prolly Frosh of the Year AA if he continues to play like this.
Daje made a nice play. Bout time.
Swoopes is entirely predictable on pass plays. Most cases he tucks and runs right up the middle. Where's the arm?
I am a Swoopes hater and his play is why... There is no other adjective that can be used to describe him other than "incapable." Zero progress from last year. I realize the OLIne is doing him no favors but he's been practicing with these guys all year... Their play should not be a surprise. Amazing...I hate to be a Swoopes hater but.....His Tunnel Vision is killing us..Hes watching the rush instead of reading his progressions
Sorry but I disagree. If he is reading the press and it's getting in his head, that is HIS fault, not mine/yours/ours.To be honest, I kind of blame us fans for that to a degree.
