Everyone looks at this season and hot coaches, but look back at briles career.
2008 Baylor 4–8 2–6 T–5th (South)

His win loss record accumulated over 6 years is not impressive, he doesn't scream he can take texas and turn them around any time soon.
Briles this year was lucky to have a big 12 with all young qbs, except for texas which was the only veteran team in the big 12.
I would never want briles to be a coach at texas longhrons, Saban, fisher, gus malzahn is my list
