Ok boys, couple of things; first, tough way to lose a game. 1 down, runners on the corners, I would have had zero problem with a squeeze attempt there. Second, there's about to be another game. I'm at the car and getting another layer on, as it's getting a little brisk out there. I'm hoping for a UT monster game. We hit the ball extremely well in the early game. We just couldn't put a string of hits together. Hopefully a couple of lineup shuffles will get the boys clicking right. We were all over their lefty starter. Unfortunately the wind was blowing in from the OF and several balls died like shot ducks at the warning tracks. CJs shot to RF late in the game was a rocket, but came down short due to wind. I like what I've seen from the ABs, an aside from the error that cost us a run, the D was solid. Let's put it all together now for game two. I'll prob start a different thread for that when I walk back to the stadium.
