When did they move the Army game from San Antonio? They add another game? Is there still an Under Armor game in Orlando?

If u go SHA we'll excepting an analysis.

She's back home now. She's going to stay on oxygen for a week or two but otherwise is feeling much better. The great thing about it, this has convinced her to stop smoking. She hasn't had one since last Friday.

Thanks all for all the love!

That's awesome! Quitting cigarettes it tough. I quit a few years ago but unfortunately picked up another vice (cigars). Hoping to kick that as well! Good luck to her! And continued prayers 🙏🏿

She's got the nicotine out of her system. Now it's just psychological. Good luck to her.

Really great news about stopping smoking. Two things:

If she finds herself having cravings again, consider getting on wellbutrin or varenicline. Both are non-nicotine options to reduce cravings. Nicotine is the most addictive substance there is unfortunately (learned this tidbit at UT).

The plus side, even just 5 years of stopping can reverse all the problems caused by smoking and risks for things like lung cancer go back to the same level as a non-smoker.

Agree. Wellbutrin isn't that effective and will make you gain weight. I don't know about Varenicline. Tell her to stay away from patches and gum. That provides a continuous stream of nicotine. From this point further its will power.

They put her on a patch. The win here is that she won't be sending smoke down her lungs. And yes, it does come down to willpower. Her difficulty with the lungs in all this has given her a shock. She's scared and now sees the damage done.
