Okay, fair enough. I will walk back my statement a little bit about him not getting fired regardless of the record.

I think the only way that he's 100% gone is if he wins less than 5 games.

I think it's 50-50 if he wins 5 games.

I think if he wins at least 6 games then he's 100% back.
I still disagree but I understand your viewpoint. To me, there is just no room for excuses from Charlie anymore. It is his job to fix the mistakes that were happening prior and he has not, specifically on his side of the ball.

Well, if you think I'm going to walk back my statement again, you have another think coming. You young whippersnapper  :D

Just kidding of course. I always enjoy reading your thoughts. Keep up the good work.

Haha I wouldn't anticipate that at all, sir. I just enjoy the conversation! That's what i'm here for.

while I agree completely, this is fan-talk. What Fenves thinks is TBD. Again, I'd ask if he'll have the stomach to pull the trigger.

It's fan talk because nobody knows what Fenves will do. Yes, he calls the shot. How do you think his call will be impacted when Red McCombs and the other boosters start pulling donations if Charlie stays? Bet you he has the stomach to do so then.

I hope there's no disagreement between Fenves and the BMDs. That's when this starts playing out in the press and I hate that. Do it indoors and have Hermann ready to go.

So I'm just curious about Herman's offensive scheme; I know he runs the spread, but how different is his version of the scheme when compared to Gilbert?

I have a problem with Herman... what has he done that's any different than Charlie?
When I said Herman above I should have said Herman or someone. And what Herman has done differently is win.

I see Super K's post above (Thanks Bry-Man81), I also saw somewhere about a Defensive Team meeting.  That's two in the same week.  Could be a good thing, not sure.  Have you or any of our quite amazing pipelines of info guys heard on the conversations, outcomes, etc of these sessions?

Do we really think that boosters will start pulling donations if they don't get their way?

Gilbert is more veer and shoot. Bubble screens, reliant on run game, vertical passing threat. I think the spread you see with Herman is more of what you saw with Vince Young and Colt McCoy. Dual threat QB with some run mixed in, lots of passes in the middle of the field.
