I think what we're seeing is the result of the absence of juan grande and utisdabomb. Those guys generated interest, brought the latest stuff to this board and gave us all something to talk about.

There are some people in this world, that I'm convinced act as sort of a glue that holds things together. IMO, juan grande is one of those people.

About the only time that place has any substance at all is when someone posts premium content from another site like last week's Humidor which contained some very interesting information to say the least. I think it was in the 2018 recruiting thread.

I'd absolutely love to see some more off-topic discussion on this board to facilitate dialogue and posts.  BBQ, restaurants, tire recs for trucks, who's hot/who's not, etc.

I could not agree with you more SHA.

One of my early interests to this website were the comments from Juan. He has always kind of been an artist when it came to the angle of his posts. Instead of calling someone an idiot he would simply post a link or a picture that would remove any doubt.

I had been a lurker in the Zero Hedge comments section for a long time before daring to sign up and sign in. My favorite poster there was Juan Grande. You think this place gets weird? Try it over there sometime.
