I just don't think a new system lends itself to success in year one. Especially after a 4-8 season.

Bob Stoops did it in one season.

Cignetti did it in one season.

Stoops did inherit a lot of talent. Blake was a great recruiter but couldn't coach a lick. Florida is similar in that it has a very talented roster which should thrive in Sumrall's system.
