Not saying they’re wrong, but you always need to look at what their criteria were and the weighting they use. CNBC puts out an annual Best State to Do Business, and Texas should win it every year. Except they have categories like Quality of Life, healthcare, and other social categories they throw in to make sure Texas doesn’t win.
