Nice post. Let's give it several weeks and see how these restack. A 5-loss ou(sux) (which is very plausible with their schedule in that they play 5 top 7 teams) will not be ranked at #17. But then the argument that the SEC beats each other up comes into play.

I can't blame him for those penalties. When you have a giant human lined up on your forehead or on either shoulder, you have to call out the defensive alignment and snap the ball, I can forgive the occasional mistake.

Seconded. There were a couple rowdy Horns fans sitting behind me in The Big House who tried to start the sec sec chant at least twice, and I had to tell them to shut the hell up with that nonsense bc our allegiance isn't to a d*mn conference, it's to our university.
