ACC Network also replayed the Miami-Notre Dame game more than a dozen times Thursday and Friday, heading into championship weekend, despite Miami not participating in the league's title game. Duke, which won the ACC but had five regular-season losses, did not make the CFP.

What a snow flake comment.

So the ACC shouldn't pleed their case, because they don't want to alienate ND in the hopes ND will join the ACC as a full member? Nobody paying attention believes that ND will ever join the ACC.

This in addition to the bowl decline makes them look very childish.

Notre Dame needs to realize how truly insignificant they are in terms of top flight NCAA football teams. They played....uh....they played maybe 3 teams all year with a pulse.....4 if you count Navy, and who really counts Navy?....and they lost two of them. They never deserved to be in the top 20 in ANY weekly poll. Now they are whining? Hell....Villanova has a much bigger bitch than ND!!!

Notre Dame needs to realize how truly insignificant they are in terms of top flight NCAA football teams. They played....uh....they played maybe 3 teams all year with a pulse.....4 if you count Navy, and who really counts Navy?....and they lost two of them. They never deserved to be in the top 20 in ANY weekly poll. Now they are whining? Hell....Villanova has a much bigger bitch than ND!!!

All the committee did was correct a mistake by moving Miami up next to ND. Hell Texas beat two of the teams in the CFP.

As I've posted before, I don't have a horse in this race. Yes, Notre Dame is whining. Correct a mistake? To make the observation that it was a mistake - for WEEKS - illustrates their lack of consistency. Cough, cough -
incompetence. Gee, they had weeks to correct that mistake. They remind me of the scene from the movie "Bachelor Party" of the group choosing between the car and Debbie.

It's ironic that the ACC champion is not in the playoffs, but another school from the ACC is. I totally agree with not including an 8-5 team, but it's just funny. Makes the Conf Championship seem irrelevant.

And boo on ND. Like a pouting child who didn't get what they wanted and now they're taking their toys to play with at home, by themselves.

Until they join a conference let them play at home by themselves. They shouldn’t be able to get in the playoff. Their favorable deal should be canceled when the new playoff gets agreed to.
