****The Official Texas vs. BYU Game Thread****

Heard is crossing his fingers that Swoopes stays healthy and he doesn't have to enter this mess this season. Let's keep ours crossed for a RS for Heard.

I love all of this trying to run against the FULL BOX of BYU....my goodness and *************************

Nice hands Harris, glad to see him playing hard this season. Now we just need 4 more of those in the next 15 minutes.

Obviously not going to work , but we continue to "keep them honest" to set up the deep ball...sometimes you gotta move on to other play calling. I of course know this based on my 41 years of sitting on the couch watching football with my remote and beer in hand.

I see someone else has the same "expertise" as I do.

For those inclined to call out the players, it is really petty to badmouth the team.  If you want to blame someone, place the blame where it belongs, at the feet of the man who took a Mercedes and totaled it.

Now, before I say more than I should, I will sign off, and watch Our Texas Longhorns.

Hook 'em, damn it!

Offense has moved the ball better (admittedly not saying much) running tempo but I assume Watson will continue to try to fit a square peg in a round hole.

It may my imagination (or I may be getting old) but it seems like I remember that he wanted to come to Texas?
That was the whole slap in the face "grey shirt" offer we gave him in HS that he promptly rejected. His little bro has QBd Lake Travis to two wins as a sophomore this season.

You are absolutely correct when it comes to Mack. He left this program in a mess talent-wise.

As far as badmouthing the team how do you realistically discuss a team with less than top level talent without it sounding like badmouthing? It is a discussion board after all where people are giving their opinions.
