There are several levels of surprise here; the least of which is that TAMU did not know, (or did nothing about,) his use of TAMU Athletics with 21K+ followers, retweeting flame bait and racist tweets under the guise of their university.

The fact that he has continued to roll with this, now saying he sold those Twitter accounts, (but no bill of sale,) which were essentially worthless in the Twitter world as they had so few followers, is somewhat surprising.

He's still maintaining he has an attorney, but has not referred any of the inquiries by either Shaggy or HS to said attorney.

This guy is in a downward spiral. His name, (as Mike posted above,) when searched, pops up all of this crazy stuff. His career, (or supposed career,) with the major players in the accounting/financial world is probably done, for all intents and purposes.

This has been like watching a car lose control on black ice.

What sucks in that video is the car that lost control isn't the one that got hit by the semi/bus vehicle and I'm not thinking that person came out of that alive.

Thanks for the follow up Will.  Certainly seems to the naked eye that this guy is knee deep in this and despite his claims of innocence, all signs point right to him.  I wonder if he will actually give you his attorney's name next week.  Vegas would make those odds about 40-1.
