I didn't train on this one specifically, but I don't think she came up with anything new, although her doggie is a lot of fun=) I've been working out at home during quarantine, but I certainly didn't like it very much -it wasn't what I was used to. After the quarantine I returned to the gym! Now, sports, proper nutrition and taking supplements are lifestyle, and necessary element for me. And one more thing - I came to conclusion that a person consists of habits. The main thing is to do something systematically and then you get used to it, but you also need to understand why you need it, have a clear goal.
