The Johnson/Shaw duo is unreal at the top of the lineup.

This game went from 1-1 stalemate to Texas cruising before Fischer knows what happened.

New pitcher for KSU is junior RHP Brandon Erickson. He goes 5'10", 210 pounds and is from Redding, CA.

He thinks ladybugs are "neat-o".

Texas is going to start scoring more runs if they keep swinging the bat like this. Really, the runs this series aren't indicative of how well we've swung the bat.

I would almost like to see Clemens another inning. I think he was starting to find his curve.

The game has away of rewarding you. The line drives have away of finding holes and then the ground ball with eyes start sneaking and all of a sudden you look like the 1927 Yankees. It's coming my friends be patient.

Say what you will Clemens gave us 5 and chance to win this game. Once he starts to consistently locate that curve he's going to be tough to hit off.

I know Augie & Skip prefer to bring in pitcher's at the start of an inning, plus it's the top of the KSU order, but I would've like to see Clemens throw one more inning with a three run lead.
