Actually, it's a wide receiver playing QB but lets not let that get in the way of facts.

Opposing teams coaches adjust at the half... We never ever do. We are letting a team playing with a makeshift backfield and no QB move the ball on us like they are all starters a those positions.

Lynx Hawthorne is playing QB, they roll him out in the slot or wide when shifting to the wildcat with their RB. Lynx still assumes the QB position in that formation in the event of a screen and pass downfield. The RB handles the direct snap and then treats the play as receiving a handoff unless the play calls for the screen pass.
