Max Cummins was scheduled to visit this month, but had not yet been offered. That changed tonight during his in-home and he has committed to Texas.

Chaisson and Cummins don't play the same position. Texas is still in a good spot for Chaisson.

I figured that, but had to ask. What is your impression of Max Mr. Seahorn.? Is this a reach or an under the radar type prospect that needs a redshirt year to develop? I honestly don't have a lot of insight into this recruit. Thanks.

Bit of a late bloomer who likely projects to end in Orlando's 3-4. Solid frame that can be bulked up, good length, strong hands when he decides to use them, and has pretty good athleticism for his size. Not a difference maker, but he absolutely has a role in the new scheme the staff is going to deploy. Won't see the field early, but he won't have to so you redshirt him and see where his development takes him.

I spoke to a source at All Saints about Cummins and this is what he told me in short.  "He is an intense dude, especially on the field.  Big guy with great genes (Dad is a body builder).  Great length and very smart so you won't have to worry about grades".
