Yeah, unless some BMDs start caring and open their checkbooks, Beard isn't happening. Even then, they'd have to deal with a bidding war led by some oil and gas brothers from West Texas.

LOL, I actually grew up in West Texas, so unfortunately familiar with it. Those oil and gas brothers are actually from my hometown. They were also ready to throw money at Dana Holgorsen and were leading that insane charge to hire Art Briles.

Anyway, I hope you're right but have my doubts that Beard will ever happen.
