Probably because their hs season is over. Or their team already clinched playoffs and they can think about announcing their commitment.

I don't know why but I have a feeling that 2016 receiver Stephen Sullivan who we just offered could be a recruit who has Texas close maybe even another silent commit. I'm no expert so I definitely know I may be wrong

Another board is reporting that it's supposed to happen tomorrow evening on a Dallas news station - which would rule out Okafor as he'll be in Austin (assuming it's a live shot).

It was nice to see Roach tweet Sullivan immediately after committing to Texas and telling him to 'Come with me'.
