Freaking Oklahoma could be going to the sugar bowl and Texas would then likely have a date with Oregon in the Alamo again. Ugh.

If UT holds them under 50 I'd be surprised. Wonder if mack coaches the bowl after he steps down

As proud as Mac is I would think he will want to see it through to the bitter end.

As long as he understands his time has come, I don't begrudge the man wanting to coach his last bowl game. He has done a lot for UT but his time has come and gone. Hopefully he announces today or Monday. Time for UT to turn the page and begin to write the next chapter.

Oregon isn't the same team without Kelly. I grew up out there so my family are huge Duck fans. Baylors offense is better than Oregons this year and Oregon cannot stop the power running game.

OSU got robbed yesterday. OSU intercepts the ball, and game is over but while laying on the ground the WR then stripped the ball and the official calls incomplete pass. Then the officials made a second error by not reviewing. OU knew it was an int because they tried to hurry up, but we got to see the TV replay and the announcers even said it was coming back so there was plenty of time to stop play.

Besides, I think it was our game when Baylor had 2nd and 22 and ran a play that was incomplete. The officials came running in and said the play didn't count because they had received a page to review prior play. The original play wasn't that close and was confirmed but instead of 3rd and 22, Baylor got a mulligan and they got to run 2nd down again and this time picked up yardage.

The officials working the OU game should be fired and never allowed to officiate a college game again. They robbed OSU of the Fiesta bowl.

I don't understand how OU backs it's way into a BCS Bowl??

Yep, OU loses 41-12 to Baylor and over 2 TD's to us in addition to the officials giving OU the OSU game.

Marathon has a point. Why is it that in our game with Baylor they can go back 2 plays for a review but that was not a possibility in Stillwater.

I could see Oregon and tOSU in the BCS. I don't see ou in the BCS, Clemson would be a better pick.

But Texas against the Ducks with a healthy Mariota is a terrible matchup.

If the Sugar Bowl chooses Ou over Oregon, their executives should get fired. Not 1 good reason to do that. Even Clemson is better.

Ou has no stars and no compelling story lines.

Oregon/Clemson vs Bama would mean old school vs new school. Marriota/Boyd vs Mccarron

If its Oregon, damn right Brown better coach that game. His last ride should be a 50 point beatdown...the ultimate cherry on the crap sundae he made this program in to.

But you know....Greg Robinson with weeks to prepare might come up with a plan to severely limit the Ducks.

your first statement is correct.

but second, you are kidding right? Case will give up 14 himself. This would be indoor on turn, haha. 50+

Under Diaz this is an 80 point loss. Under Robinson it might end up a 52-20 game, but if you think an NFL coordinator is going to let Oregon come in and just walk all over him you are sadly mistaken.
