It is not Strong. Saban is the only candidate with an offer. McPhaul's source will let him know one way or the other and that hasn't happened. So no other offers can go out until the one on the table is dealt with, one way or another.
It's Saban if it's anyone right now.

Like I said earlier. You are going to believe what you believe and no one is going to change that. I get it. I really do. I am still waiting to hear back from one of my guys, but ALL of my other guys are telling me it isnt Saban.

And the insiders here and JS say that Saban is the only one that has an offer...so how could it be anyone else?
