Maybe, but I don't think Saban has named a starter, despite the experience Milroe has over the younger guys.

I wonder if this was a shout out to FSU and Clemson (without mentioning the schools so not to create any legal issues). It was certainly not pointed at San Diego State, Oregon State or Baylor.

This would be almost as dumb as the BIG12 proposal to take Ucon as a full member.
