OMG, he's been there since 2017
I don't think it changes much of anything with Moore. He hasn't been Louisville bound for a while now. It has been Texas vs Georgia primarily I believe.
If Rueben decides to bypass Louisville, be sure to let him know I can hook him up with a great tattoo artist in Austin. Rueben will have to be patient since the artist has an 18 month waiting list. In the meantime Rueben could become acquainted with some cosmetology aids.

Agreed on Moore.
Not sure it affects Owens either since his primary motivation for picking Louisville is whatever money they're giving him.
