Does 1-loss Okie Lite get in over a 2-loss Bama?Well, in the midst of the shitshow that is Texas Football (my favorite team), it's nice to see my alma mater have a shot at the playoff. Hopefully Georgia takes care of business on Saturday to help us out.
Yep, I think 1-loss Okie Lite gets in over 2-loss Bama.Does 1-loss Okie Lite get in over a 2-loss Bama?
Normally, yes. But the love affair with Bama could factor in.
I'd say in this scenario, a 1-loss Okie Lite gets in if one of Cincy or Michigan lose, and may even jump Cincy if they win... Why I mentioned Georgia needing to beat Bama for Cincy to have a chance.Does a one loss Okie Lite get in if Bama and Georgia each has only one loss?
No, because Bama will be all world again because they beat GawgaDoes a one loss Okie Lite get in if Bama and Georgia each has only one loss?
I'm already prepared for the committee to do their best to get Bama in, especially if they play Georgia close.I'd say in this scenario, a 1-loss Okie Lite gets in if one of Cincy or Michigan lose, and may even jump Cincy if they win... Georgia will get in no matter what.I guess my question was, if Bama, Michigan, Okie State and Georgia all end up 12-1 and Cincy is 13-0, who gets left out of the playoffs? Seems like it would have to be Georgia since they would be the only non-champion.
Logic would dictate that you are correct, but when has the committee ever used logic to determine the playoff teams?I guess my question was, if Bama, Michigan, Okie State and Georgia all end up 12-1 and Cincy is 13-0, who gets left out of the playoffs? Seems like it would have to be Georgia since they would be the only non-champion.
