I must say I was getting extremely nervous when Washington was moving the ball at will on the Cowboys and my gosh, when that kicker lined up in OT to seal the victory. Then he missed and I could breather again. Romo had a good game and the connection with Witten was slick. RObinson had a td too so my fantasy stats were a little better.

Let's hope VY can beat the Giants tonight with a little bit of magic.

What a day and welcome to the first place Dallas Cowboys. Romo was awesome and with no help from the defense, special teams and with no running game, he just said to hell with it and won the game himself.

And...

My all time favorite QB, Vince Young what a drive. He took the Eagles on a 19 play drive, converting on 5 third downs and eating up nearly 9 minutes of clock, for a game winning touchdown. Say what you will about Vince but he is a winner and is money in the fourth quarter and over time. Hook Em Vince and I hope you get a new gig next year. Plus he never forgets his Longhorns.

While I didn't want to see the Cowboys vault into first place I was really glad to see VY get the win. He has not started a game in over a year and he looked like he was determined to throw the ball and not run as much. He looks like a more mature quarterback and I think you hit the nail on the head: Vince Young is a winner. Sure he had 3 picks but he came back and made a TON of 3rd down conversions when they needed them most. Vince plays another game like that and some team will sign him to a long term deal.

I can only imagine how good Vince would be if not for that dick of a coach in Tennessee. Fisher never wanted Vince and put him in the wrong formations and undermined everything he did. That is why Vince is still in football and Fisher is sitting on his ass.

Bud Adams wanted Vince for the sole purpose of beating the Houston Texans. Vince did some things also that were a little nuts - like assaulting that guy in the strip club and talking smack to Jeff Fisher. I think the Philly gig has taugh him a lot and I hope he keeps winning. He is a winner who will always have a special place in Longhorn Lore.

Philly was an opportunity to repair his image. The club thing happened at three in the morning..proving the old adage that nothing good happens at three in the morning.
