I'm not one who takes pleasure in slandering a company's name but I can't even begin to tell you how ticked off at Pro Flowers I am right now. I paid for a pretty pricey bouquet of flowers for my fiancee to receive on Valentines Day. She let me know thirty minutes ago that she had received the flowers and gave me the usual "Thank you, I love you" response. But shortly after she let me know that most of the flowers in the bouquet are dead...and those that aren't dead will probably be dead by Sunday. Has anyone ever had this happen before? I mean, this is ridiculous. They promote on their Website and on their Phone Lines that their flowers last at least a week. I didn't even receive them alive.

Sorry, I just needed to get that out because I'm about to talk to a customer rep and I didn't want to go in a like a maniac.

let us know if you still get lucky tonight despite the dead flowers. you may save us all some money in the future.

Sorry to hear that, I've used Pro Flowers many times in the past and had a similar problem once. I called to complain and they sent out new flowers.

Called them up, they're refunding my money. Although the money amount in my e-mail notification doesn't look accurate. Definitely disappointed. Is Freytag's in DFW or Austin?

I did Teleflora. The verdict is still out on whether or not the flowers will actually arrive.... They haven't as of yet.

Austin. can get flowers delivered anywhere.
Thanks Jim.

I thought that would be my biggest problem today.

That's unfortunate. Did you get something special today too?

it's the thought that counts, street. except in your case because you've tried that so many times she's on to you.

She's surprising me with something when I get home. After that, I'm taking her out to a pretty cool British Pub style Restaurant. They have a pretty nice Gluten Free menu, so with her celiacs it should be a great place for Dinner.
