Ok...sorry I may have missed that date earlier.
A lot of stress is what we have. Remember. All work and no play is bad. Now you must concentrate on playing as hard as work. I'm way too old for you, so get out there and have fun with someone you know....
The usual. Jogging, work out, golf, bowling, tennis......all the above....time to get tired doing something physical.
Come to San Antonio and I'll let you walk 18 holes with this 73yr old youngster, and you will sleep like a baby.....
Enjoy
Tom
I know what my issues are but I don't seeing it passing until after Oct 1.
Negative my friend....sflonghorngirl, is there a FULL MOON upon this night? just asking...
Whoa...Good luck with the venture!Launch of new business
I had a hard time getting the dosages correct with what I could find at the drugstore for the zinc and magnesium. There is more selection online, but you'll still need a pill cutter. This isn't something that was effective for me, but according to the study had a high rate of success in the control group...so may help.Nightly supplement that consisted of melatonin (5 mg), zinc (11.25 mg), and magnesium (225 mg). The authors' stated rationale for including zinc and magnesium was that previous research suggested these substances improve mood and enhance endogenous synthesis of melatonin.
Thanks for this! Any suggestions at this point is a blessing! I didn't sleep much last night so I think I should catch some zzz's tonight. 5 hours at least I hope.I had forgotten about this earlier, but something my doctor recommended a while back.

Thanks Pringle. I have. I have prescriptions for Ambien CR. They work too well that I do crazy stuff I don't remember during the night. Trying natural alternatives.longhorngirl....if you have a Dr...it's time for a visit. By reason of my job and social contacts, I know and have known a lot of Drs over a long period of time. I don't think a single one of them would steer you in the wrong direction in solving this problem. This is likely temporary. Go to your Dr and get some help.
Thanks! I will try Lunesta! Hope we can both solve our sleeping problems!SF, you might see if they will give you Lunesta. There is not a generic for it as far as I know (costs around $60/month with my insurance). I have sleep issues....still do even when I take the Lunesta. The biggest selling point for it is that it's not habit forming and supposedly people don't do "crazy" stuff on it. My problem is that I can go to sleep, but I wake up in a couple of hours and then can't go back to sleep. No matter how much I relax my mind I never make it back to sleep. I dropped 30 lbs last year, stopped drinking caffeine after 11:00 am, and don't read my nook or iphone in bed when I have the lights out trying to make sure I am doing all I can to make sure I can sleep. It's extremely frustrating, and I definitely feel your "pain." I've got to get a more consistent workout in. If I still can't sleep after that I'm going to go freaking nuts!![]()
Me too. Good luck! And with you starting a business, I think you should make sure to address this sooner rather than later. Your stress level and anxiety will probably skyrocket when you get the new business up and running--at least for a few months. And welcome back to the Great State when you get moved permanently back to Texas!Hope we can both solve our sleeping problems!
