OT: Earthquakes

My guess is it is related to localized changes in groundwater. In other words, probably settlement and not large scale geologic activity. If the Balconies had stored up enough energy to cause a quake swarm in one area, the release of energy would be released over a much larger area and would be far more widespread. My educated opinion is Godzilla is coming to unleash his wrath upon the jetpack man and once he eats Steve Patterson, all will be well.
Amazing how some good recruiting has quieted the Patterson debate of late. Nothing like a lot of positive mojo on the recruiting front! Thanks for earthquake 101, appreciated the knowledge. You put Cliff Claven to shame.

Charlie Strong gets credit for the recruiting. Steve Patterson still gets credit for the abysmal ticket sales and for yet another year of not connecting with the putative next generation of donors.

I still believe Steve Patterson is a competent facilities guy and a horrible mistake as a marketer of UT athletics.

I just can't believe you didn't work in a landscaping reference.

Hardly. Because of no beer sales to the peasants at DKR.
DKR peasants are not deserving.

The Erwin Center and Disch peasants are the cream of the peasant crop, and are far more deserving of $9 beers.
